Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through www.wiseacrestallowco.com, except in limited situations where an order arrives damaged or incorrect, as described below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns of any kind, whether the products are opened or unopened.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference (e.g., scent or texture), or if the product does not work as expected for your individual skin. Everyone’s skin is different, and results may vary.

  • All items, including regular, sale, bundled, and gift items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Because our products are skincare and body products, we cannot restock or resell items once they leave our facility.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order in good condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation.

To help us assist you, email wiseacrestallowco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number;

  • Photos of the outer packaging and the damaged or incorrect product(s);

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review each case individually. If we determine that the item was damaged during shipping or that you received an incorrect product, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item (our primary approach); or

  • Another reasonable resolution.

Replacements for damaged or incorrect items are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed in every situation.

4. Melting, Softening, and Texture Changes

Our products may be temperature-sensitive. During warmer weather or in hot climates, some items may soften or melt in transit. This does not typically affect the safety or usefulness of the product.

  • We are not responsible for melting or softening due to weather or storage conditions after your order has shipped.

  • If your product has softened or melted, you can often place it in a cool area or refrigerator to allow it to resolidify.

Because melt and texture changes are outside our control once the package has left our facility, they do not qualify as damage for purposes of replacement or refund.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please first check:

  • With household members or neighbors;

  • Around your property (porch, garage, side doors, etc.).

If you still cannot locate it, please contact USPS to file a claim, as they are responsible for delivery once the package leaves our hands.

You may also email us at wiseacrestallowco@gmail.com with your order number and any USPS claim details. While we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after USPS marks them as delivered, we’ll do our best to provide documentation needed for you to work with USPS.

6. Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing orders as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to request a cancellation, email wiseacrestallowco@gmail.com as quickly as possible with your order number.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible, and all sales are considered final once processing and/or shipment has begun.
